- Quotes are valid for 7 days from issuance
- Service timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed)
- Additional charges may apply for extra work not included in the original quote
- Customer must provide access to the service area
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service address and contact information
- Ensure safe access to the service area
- Remove valuable/breakable items from service area
- Inform about any special requirements or concerns
- Make payment as per agreed terms

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are completely free.
No charges applied
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made between 6-24 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
25% of service charge
No Show/Last Minute
Cancellations less than 6 hours before service or no-shows will be charged a fee.
50% of service charge

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your service at no additional charge if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 12 hours may be subject to availability.
Refund Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our service, here's our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund
- Service not performed as agreed
- Quality issues reported within 24 hours
- Service technician didn't arrive
- Charged for service not rendered
- Overcharged beyond quoted amount
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after service completion
- Issues reported after 24 hours of service
- Services performed as per agreement
- Additional work requested and completed
- Cancellation fees as per policy
Refund Process
- Report issue within 24 hours of service completion
- Our team will investigate the concern
- We may offer re-service or refund based on findings
- If refund approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method
